Returns/Refund Policy

Please note that the kits are hand-made to order and can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to process.

 

At Thread Geeks we want you to be delighted with your order and the goods you receive.

If for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return the item in its original condition within 7 days and we will provide a refund. We will also refund any postage costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To make a return please contact us and we will provide you with return instructions. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since Thread Geeks cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.

Any refunds are made within 30 days of written cancellation notice and receipt of returned goods.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Overseas customers are responsible for any customs charges/taxes.

US Orders

Due to the new costs involved in posting to the US we have made the tough decision to cease shipping orders to America, for the time being. If anything changes (fingers crossed) then we can rethink things in the future.

This is a really hard decision to make as we do sell a fair amount of kits to our lovely US customers.

Small business are really struggling at the moment and this is just another thing to add to our woes!

PDF Sales remain unchanged.

EU Orders

Due to new legislation, GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation), which comes has come into force, we will not be able to post orders to Northern Ireland or the EU (outside EU is okay).

It has been difficult to discover all the facts, but it seems that all products sent will have to have special numbers and extensive documentation. Also, we have to have an agent in the EU to comply with regulations.

Really sorry to have to take this action and hope that you understand.
