We use standard cross-stitch usage formulas based on the exact stitch count of the chart. Our default listings provide generous thread quantities calculated for standard coverage on three standard stitch counts, 25 (2 over 1), 18 and 14.

Because we do not sell pre-manufactured, mass-produced kits. Every single thread collection is meticulously hand-measured, cut, and carded to order from wholesale cones specifically for you. Sourcing and checking up to 240 distinct colours for full-coverage fine-art charts takes significant artisan labor. This buffer ensures your pack arrives with 100% accurate counts and no missing shades.

We offer a strict 24-hour cancellation window from the exact moment you place your order, during which you can receive a full refund. After 24 hours, our workshop team begins the manual cutting and carding process for your custom palette. Because threads are cut to order specifically for your request, these items are classified as bespoke goods under UK consumer law and are non-refundable and non-returnable after cutting has commenced.

6. Do you offer DMC thread packs for any cross-stitch chart?

Accepted Answer

No. To support the independent design community and respect existing licensing agreements, we only provide custom kitting services for charts that do not already have an official thread pack or kit available through another company.

We specialise strictly in helping stitchers source materials for charts where no physical thread pack currently exists on the market, making it easier for you to bring those "chart-only" digital patterns to life.

If you submit a custom request for a pattern that has an official kit available elsewhere, our team will gently direct you to the official seller and cancel your enquiry.

(Please note: If we have already listed a company's charts in the past, those existing listings will remain active on our store).
